Michael O'Sullivan

Michael O'Sullivan, PhD, is a Principal Researcher at Microsoft, where they blend strategic and generative research approaches to enhance AI-driven business applications. Prior to this role, Michael was a Design Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Limerick, contributing to multiple EU-funded projects focused on smart manufacturing. Their experience also includes developing games at PokerStars and working as a Design Engineer at Cook Medical. Michael holds a PhD in Product Development from the University of Limerick, where they also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design & Technology with First Class Honours.
