Mike McGoldrick

Mike McGoldrick is currently the Senior Director of Data, Release, and Quality at Microsoft AI, where they lead diverse teams in data analysis, engineering, and quality assurance to enhance user experiences with AI technologies. Previously, Mike held multiple engineering and leadership roles at Microsoft since 1999, including Test Manager for Windows Media Center and Engineering Manager focused on performance. Mike also gained experience as a Lab Assistant at Gentra and a Ski Instructor at Buck Hill early in their career. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and are considering pursuing an MBA to further their management career. As a coach for the Cascade Volleyball Club, Mike mentored young athletes and fostered a positive team environment.
