Mo Rashidi, Ph.D., is currently a Senior Power Hardware Engineer at Microsoft and has extensive experience in power electronics. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Staff Test Engineer and a Staff Systems Engineer at ChargePoint, and as a Power Electronics Research Engineer at Ford Motor Company. Additionally, Mo worked at Eaton as a Lead Engineer in Power Conversion and completed internships at Rockwell Automation, ABB, and Eaton. Mo holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Power from Amirkabir University of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering-Power Electronics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
