Mohan Ponniah

Mohan Ponniah is a Senior HR Business Partner for APAC Cloud Operations and Innovation at Microsoft, where they lead the People Strategy focused on organizational design, talent management, and diversity. With over a decade of experience at Cisco Systems, Mohan held various progressive HR roles spanning EMEAR and APJC regions, contributing to both client-facing operations and corporate functions. Mohan's adaptability and confidence have enabled effective collaboration within matrix organizations, fostering strong customer relationships and influencing key stakeholders. Currently, Mohan is pursuing a BSc in Chemistry at the University of Bristol and an MCIPD in Personal Management from the University of West London.
