Monika Erlach

Monika Erlach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and customer success. They currently serve as the Director of Business Management for Customer Success in Europe North at Microsoft, where they focus on onboarding teams and driving business execution. Previously, Monika held key roles at IBM and Gartner, excelling in account and territory management. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. in International Business, Monika also obtained a master's degree from Karl Franzens Uni Graz.
