Nayer Naguib is a Principal Reliability Engineering Manager at Microsoft since 2025, following a role as Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Google from 2021 to 2025. Before their tenure at Google, Nayer co-founded Dhliz, a tech startup, in 2016 and worked as a Software Engineer at HP Enterprise Services from 2006 to 2009.
