Richard Sewell

Richard Sewell is a seasoned Sales Incentive Compensation and RevOps leader with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. They served as Production Control Manager at Abacus Lighting Limited from 1994 to 1998, and transitioned to Bulgari as Global Planning & Forecasting Manager from 2000 to 2002. Following roles at Plaut SAP Consulting and Microsoft, which included positions such as Senior Manager in XBOX Operations, Senior Director of Partner Incentive Compensation, and Director of Cloud Revenue Operations, they currently hold the position of Senior Director of Sales Incentive Compensation at Microsoft. Richard earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Business School and a BEng Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester.
