Neil Pariag

Neil Pariag, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Operational Improvement & Business Integrations at Micross Components, where responsibilities include implementing global operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across multiple sites. Previously, Neil held key roles at Data Device Corporation, including Director of Engineering, where significant leadership in strategic deployment resulted in substantial revenue growth, and Director of the Program Management Office, where development of PM operating procedures and team building were accomplished within a short timeframe. Neil's prior experience includes serving as Business Unit Director at TransDigm Group Inc., providing strategic leadership for the hydraulics aerospace divisions, and Operation Director for the Aerospace Division at Servo Corporation of America, where complex manufacturing operations were optimized. Neil holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Farmingdale State College.
