Evan Payne is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Mid-Market segment at MicroStrategy, Evan previously held the position of Director of Customer Success at L7 Informatics, where responsibilities included designing customer lifecycle initiatives and leading technical support operations. At Tableau Software, Evan progressed through several roles, providing strategic guidance and developing methodologies that significantly enhanced customer retention and product adoption. Earlier career experiences include positions at Petco, managing vendor implementation strategies and training for over 20,000 employees, as well as project leadership roles at J&J Worldwide Services. Evan holds a degree in Music, Vocal Music, and Business from Louisiana State University.
