Shelby Bowers

Shelby Bowers is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Sales at MicroStrategy since June 2023, Shelby focuses on customer-centric strategies and innovative team culture. Previously held the position of VP of Enterprise Sales for Americas at PROS, where responsibilities included securing new Enterprise customers and expanding account revenue. Over a nearly nine-year tenure at Salesforce, Shelby advanced through several roles, culminating as Vice President of Commercial Sales, while consistently achieving impressive sales quotas and earning prestigious accolades such as the Presidents Club and Alaka'i Award. Shelby’s career also includes sales positions at THG Sports, BuyWithMe, Clear Channel Communications, Universal Studios Hollywood, and WVUA, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Science from The University of Alabama.
