Teresa Aguilar has a wealth of experience in the research and development field. Teresa began their career in 2001 as an Ingeniero de Desarrollo de Nuevos Productos at Parmalat Mexico. In 2002, they moved to Palsgaard A/S as Gerente técnico. In 2003, they joined New Zealand Milk as Gte R&D Food Service. In 2006, they took on the role of R&D Food Service Mgr at Sigma Alimentos. In 2007, they began working at Hershey Mèxico as R&D Manager Leches y Food Service. In 2015, they were promoted to Sr. Manager R & D at Hershey Mèxico S. A de C.V. In 2021, they moved to Lactoproductos La Loma, S.A. de C.V. as Sr. R&D Manager. Currently, they are employed at microTERRA as Sr. R&D Manager.
Teresa Aguilar obtained their Food Technologist degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 1999. Teresa then went on to pursue their Estudios Superiores de Especialización en Industrias Lácteas from INPL-ENSAIA in 2000. In 2008, they completed a Diplomado en Gastronomia from Escuela Culinaria Internacional. Finally, they obtained their Técnico Repostero from Escuela Patagónica in 2012.
