Amber Fairbanks is the Senior Vice President of the East Division at Mid-America Apartment Communities. Amber has over 15 years of experience in the industry, having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Colonial Properties Trust and as a Multi-Site Property Manager at Cornerstone. Amber is a highly respected leader in the apartment communities industry, and their division at Mid-America Apartment Communities is one of the most successful in the company.

Amber Fairbanks has a MBA in Business Administration from The Citadel and a BSBA in Business Management and Marketing from Coastal Carolina University.

They are on a team with Kim Banks - SVP North Division, Robert Donnelly - SVP Coastal Division, and Andrew Schaeffer - SVP & Treasurer. Their manager is H. Eric Bolton Jr., Chairman & CEO.
