Tavia Williams, CAM, has extensive experience in the property management and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Sales and Revenue Director at MAA since October 2017, Tavia has held various roles within the company, including Property Manager, Assistant Manager, and Leasing Agent, focusing on helping individuals find homes within vibrant communities. Prior to MAA, Tavia worked at Target from November 2015 to October 2017, progressing through positions such as Sales Floor Senior Team Lead - Key Holder, Human Resource Team Member, and Flow Team Member, emphasizing team development and customer experience. Tavia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
