The Finance Team at Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA) is responsible for managing the financial health of the company through strategic investments, capital market activities, financial planning, and analysis. Led by the Executive Vice President & CFO, the team oversees investment opportunities, corporate and property financial planning, and capital market strategies to support MAA's growth and stability in the real estate market.
