Ray Dillman

Director, Department of Institutional Effectiveness at Mid-America Christian University

Raymond "Ray" Dillman is the current Director of the Department of Institutional Effectiveness at Mid-America Christian University. Ray served in the United States Army from December 2011 to October 2013 as the Battalion Executive Officer. In this role, they oversaw a full time staff whose function was to ensure the Reserve Battalion they were assigned to was prepared to conduct assigned missions.

Ray Dillman has a MA in English Language and Literature/Letters from Auburn University, a BA in Letters / Pre-Med from the University of Oklahoma, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Policy Making: Higher Education from Oklahoma State University. Ray also has certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in IRB Social, Behavioral, and Educational (SBE) Researchers.

They are on a team with Triston Herron - Data Specialist, Institutional Effectiveness, Amanda Harris - Executive Director, Strategic Initiative & Advisor to President, and Julie Shatswell - Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs. Ray Dillman reports to Sharon Lease, VP, Academic Affairs and CAO.
