Adam Dreier

Adam Dreier is currently a Senior Vice President with Mid-America Real Estate -Wisconsin, L.L.C., specializing in Tenant Representation of national and regional retailers throughout the state of Wisconsin. Mr. Dreier works with each client to create a market strategy, define space requirements, identify suitable locations, and negotiate lease terms tailored to their specific needs. Some of his clients include Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Mattress Firm, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Planet Fitness, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and PetSmart.

Mr. Dreier joined Mid-America Real Estate as a Broker Associate in 2002. Prior to his affiliation with Mid-America Real Estate, he worked locally in the industrial commercial real estate market.

Mr. Dreier graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. Currently, he is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW).
