Tony Colvin

Tony Colvin is currently a Senior Vice President and Principal with Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin, L.L.C. Mr. Colvin’s primary responsibilities include Tenant Representation of national and regional retailers in their site selection throughout the state of Wisconsin. Mr. Colvin works with each client on an individual basis, tailoring to their specific needs and requirements in order to formulate a market strategy and master lease negotiations using market trend, demographic, competition, and site selection analyses.

Mr. Colvin joined Mid-America Real Estate as a Broker Associate in January 2001 shortly after the inception of Mid-America Real Estate -Wisconsin, L.L.C. In 2012, he was named Principal. Prior to joining Mid-America, Mr. Colvin was a Loan Originator in the banking industry locally.

Mr. Colvin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1999. Currently, Mr. Colvin is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW). He is currently on the Board of Directors and acting Vice President for the Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH).
