Sheri Rice

Sheri Rice is a Human Resources Manager at Mid Atlantic Machinery since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from Woodstream Corporation, where roles included Sr. Director of ESG and Human Resources, Sr. Director of Customer Services, and Customer Care and Services Director. At Woodstream, Sheri developed a five-pillar ESG strategy, launched a corporate Human Resources Compliance Training Program, and implemented a Corporate Volunteer Program. Additional responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and leadership development while managing customer service teams, achieving significant process improvements and cost savings. Sheri holds a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
