Norma Wells has been the business office manager since 2001. Norma oversees the business operations of the company and assists all other departments with the daily running of Thornton Oaks.
Norma feels that her job offers her the opportunity, daily, to make life the best Norma can for the residents, especially as they grow older. Norma believes that they make a positive difference every day and that working as a team is what makes Thornton Oaks the success it is today.
