Jasmin Huila Flores

Jasmin Huila Flores currently serves as Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, overseeing a team of five Community Health Workers and managing referrals through the Epic system since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor and Community Outreach Coordinator at WorkSource Columbia Gorge, where responsibilities encompassed case management for TANF beneficiaries and enrollment in the WorkFirst Career Scope program from January 2021 to January 2022, and as a Community Health Worker at One Community Health. Jasmin holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Public Health and Secondary Education and Teaching from Oregon State University, completed in 2020.
