Prior roles at State Farm ® included Claims Support Supervisor and various claims handling positions, where Ashlea demonstrated strong leadership, team development, and customer-focused strategies. Ashlea also possesses a background in marketing and safety from earlier positions and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Pittsburg State University.
