Nicole Moore has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Commercial Surety Underwriter at Mid-Continent Group since October 2006. In this role, Nicole specializes in underwriting specialty commercial insurance and contract surety products. Prior to Mid-Continent Group, Nicole worked at MetLife from June 1991 to January 2005, holding positions as Annuities Claims Approver and Business Analyst, responsible for processing and administering payout annuities while ensuring compliance with various regulations. Additionally, Nicole served as a Surety Associate Underwriter and Business Technology Analyst, providing essential support to Financial Product underwriters at Mid-Continent Group.
