Jeremy Willmoth

Jeremy Willmoth, MPA, is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in public administration. As Chief Financial Officer at Mid-Continent Public Library since September 2023, Jeremy oversees financial strategy, management, and compliance. Previously, as Finance Director for the City of Lawrence, KS, from November 2018 to August 2023, Jeremy managed financial operations for a budget of $400 million and led a team of 30 professionals. Jeremy's earlier roles include City Manager in Winfield, Kansas, with a $63 million budget, County Administrator for Cowley County, overseeing 162 employees and a $22 million budget, and various finance positions at the City of Raytown and Jackson County, MO. Jeremy holds a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Public Administration from Park University and Park College, respectively.
