Steve Homan

Steve Homan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the community services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at You Thrive Florida since May 2024, Steve previously held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Mid Florida Community Services, Inc. Head Start & Early Head Start from October 2021 to May 2024. Prior to that, Steve was Program Director at Mid Florida Community Services from September 2015 to October 2021, where the responsibilities included ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and assisting in budget preparation. Steve also held the role of Assistant Director during this tenure. Education includes a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
