Henry possesses expertise in installing and supporting co-location sites, firewalls, and network infrastructures, alongside proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, server management, and mobile device support. Henry holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science from Florida Technical College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
