Currently serving as Administrator at Mid Florida Eye Center since May 2008, Novell increased revenue by over 25% and enhanced profitability by over 40%. Previous roles include Manager at Central Florida Anesthesia Solutions, Practice Administrator at Boothe Eye Care & Laser Center, and Chief Executive Officer at Eye Centers of Florida, where Novell achieved significant cost reductions and revenue increases. Notably, Novell's expertise in consulting was demonstrated at Novell Consulting Group, and leadership capabilities were further established in executive positions at major health systems. Novell holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University.
