Evelyn Regan

Evelyn Regan is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in aquatics, group fitness, and yoga instruction. Currently serving as an Aquatics Instructor at both Mid-Island Y JCC and SYJCC, Evelyn has also held roles as a Group Fitness Instructor at Town Sports International and Crunch Fitness, as well as a BOOM Instructor. Additionally, Evelyn instructs yoga at YOGA DARSHANA CENTER INC and has extensive experience in the Silver Sneakers program, both as an Instructor and Senior Advisor at Big Als. Prior experience includes a long career as a Dispatcher at UPS, where Evelyn retired after over three decades of service. Educational background includes studies at Nassau Community College.
