Chad Sokoloff

Chad Sokoloff has a diverse work experience. Chad started their career as a Clerk/Analyst at OMOG Trading in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Chad then became an Independent Commodities Trader, specializing in Sugar & Cotton at Self, from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2015, they continued as an Independent Commodities Trader, adapting floor trading strategies to an electronic environment. In 2011, they joined Sharp Mountain Advisors, LLC as a Principal - Commodity Trade Advisor and later became a Principal - Commodity Pool Operator, managing a diversified commodity portfolio and launching their own commodity fund. In 2014, they joined Alliance Financial Group as a Financial Professional until 2019. In the same year, they became a Senior Vice President at Mid-Market Securities, LLC, providing financial services to public and private companies. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Healthcare Funding Partners, LLC, which purchases commission stream receivables from licensed insurance agencies.

Chad Sokoloff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Series 79 - Investment Banking Registered Representative from FINRA in 2019, 2-15: Life, Health Insurance & Variable Annuity from the Florida Department of Financial Services in 2014, and Commodity Trade Advisor / Associated Person from the National Futures Association in February 2011. Chad also obtained Series 3, 7 & 66 certifications from FINRA in 2011.
