Robert W. Wien, BA, MBA, JD, is a seasoned investment banker with more than three decades of experience as a senior advisor to companies, managers and owners. He has deep working and personal relationships in the business, financial and legal communities internationally, and has initiated and successfully completed hundreds of transactions and advisory engagements involving public and private companies across a broad array of industries, including financial institutions & services, construction and building products, real estate, energy and alternative energy, manufacturing, retail and consumer products, healthcare and biosciences and technology. Consistent with the founding philosophy of Mid-Market Securities, Mr. Wien brings large firm expertise and domestic and international processing capabilities to the middle market and couples business and legal training with knowledge and experience.

Mr. Wien served as a Director of an American Stock Exchange Company (non-Bank Licensed SBA Lender) and Member of its Audit Committee for 3 years until the Company was sold. He designed and received accreditation for a course he taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School (2007-2012): "Private Capital Markets: Valuation, Capitalization and Transfer of Private Business Interests" and presents a redacted version to Lawyers and Accountants for their Continuing Education (CLE and CPE) requirements and to Business Owners planning growth and succession.

Mr. Wien received his Master of Business Administration degree from New York University's Stern School of Business with distinction in the CPA Professional Program, his law degree from New York Law School, cum laude and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Buffalo.
