Sue Hendrix

Sue Hendrix has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on infrastructure support and operations. Sue is currently the Director of Services at Mid-Michigan Industries, Inc., where they manage the development of set Service Managers whose focus is on support, operations, and ongoing improvement of the company's Infrastructure technologies and outsourced services. Hendrix has also served in various management roles at previous companies, including Associate Director – Global IT Infrastructure Service Management at Russell Investments from December 2011 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate alignment with Business Unit needs in the area of Infrastructure Support and Operations, as well as key relationship and contract manager for complex outsourced Infrastructure service relationships. Hendrix has a proven track record of success in collaborating with external clients, vendors, partners, as well as Business Unit customers, staff, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met. Sue is also experienced in managing support vendors through effective reporting and monitoring in alignment with Business Product SLO’s through vendor/provider specific SLA’s.

Sue Hendrix has a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University (VA). Sue is currently completing their pre-medicine/pre-medical studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
