Joanna Victoria

Joanna Victoria has extensive experience in human resources and access services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Leave and Access Services at Valencia College since January 2014. In this role, Joanna provides consultation on college policies and manages case support for ADA, FMLA, and Worker’s Compensation requests. Previous positions at Valencia College include Manager of Access Services, where operations for ADA requests were overseen, and Manager of HR Compliance Programs, which involved handling compliance inquiries. Earlier career roles included office management at Medplex Dental, group billing coordination at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and administrative support at Rollins College. Joanna holds a Master of Science in Management from UCF College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, along with participation in Leadership Orlando.
