Katie Lyman has extensive experience in food procurement and resource development, currently serving as the Food Sourcing Administrator and formerly as the Director of Food Resource Development and Procurement Manager at Mid-Ohio Food Collective since August 2013. Prior to this role, Katie worked as a Procurement Analyst and Coordinator at Mid-Ohio Foodbank from 2010 to 2013, managing food purchasing programs and community gardening initiatives. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University, earned in 2009.
