Tiffany Richardson-Bryant is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mid-Ohio Food Collective since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tiffany held various positions at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, including CHRO/Deputy Director of the Office of Employee & Business Services, Labor Relations Administrator, and Labor Relations Officer. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Dayton.

Since 1980, the Mid-Ohio Food Collective has strived to make nutritious food accessible to those in our communities experiencing food insecurity, distributing millions of pounds of food per year — over half of which is fresh — to 20 counties across central and eastern Ohio.
