Zach Miller, CAMS-FCI, has extensive experience in the field of risk management, AML, and BSA. Zach began their career at Metro Bank in 2009 as an AML/BSA Analyst and later worked as an AML/BSA Quality Control Specialist. In 2012, they were promoted to AVP, AML/BSA Operations Manager. In 2015, Zach joined Mid Penn Bank as the VP, BSA Officer, where they were responsible for overseeing the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC operations. Zach then advanced to the position of FVP, Director of BSA/AML/OFAC in 2018. Currently, Zach serves as the FSVP, Chief Risk Officer at Mid Penn Bank.

Zach Miller, CAMS-FCI, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry and Recording Technology from York College of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have also obtained two certifications from ACAMS. In June 2011, they became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and in April 2014, they furthered their expertise by becoming a CAMS-Financial Crimes Investigator.
