Natalie Falatek

Natalie Falatek has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Natalie has served as the SVP, Regional President, and Director of SBA at Mid Penn Bank since December 2021, responsible for achieving corporate and consumer bank performance goals. Natalie has also overseen the Small Business Administration department and ensured compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Prior to this, Natalie worked as the Director of SBA/Guaranteed Lending and Vice President, SBA/Commercial Loan Officer at Mid Penn Bank from 2011 to 2021.

Before joining Mid Penn Bank, Natalie was a Branch Manager at Sovereign Bank from 2010 to 2011. Natalie also gained experience at Bank of America from 2006 to 2010 as an Instructor II/Learning Consultant I. In addition, they worked at Penn State Hospitality Services as a Senior Lodging Specialist from 2005 to 2006, and at Hyatt Regency as a Rooms Division Manager from 2002 to 2005.

Overall, Natalie has a strong background in banking, with expertise in SBA and commercial lending, as well as experience in hospitality and training roles.

Natalie Falatek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Penn State University from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained the 7A Fundemental Diploma from NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders) in April 2014 and the 7A Advanced Diploma Certification from the same institution in November 2019.
