Bianca Borg

Bianca Borg is an experienced planning professional with a robust background in regional and transportation planning. Currently serving as the Regional Planning Program Manager at the Mid-Region Council of Governments since October 2019, Bianca previously held the position of Municipal Planner at the City of Rio Rancho from February 2017 to October 2019. Bianca's educational foundation stems from the University of New Mexico School of Architecture and Planning.
