Ashley Gross

Ashley Gross currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Mid-State Supply since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Crest Industries, where Ashley held multiple positions including Talent Development Manager and Human Resources Manager, focusing on talent management and strategic sourcing. At Justice, Ashley worked as a Store Sales Leader, responsible for recruiting and talent development. Previous experience also includes an Assistant Manager position at American Eagle Outfitters and serving as Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator for the American Red Cross. Ashley is a graduate of Louisiana Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and completed the Stagen Leadership Academy program in 2021.
