Mike Wifler

Mike Wifler is an experienced project manager currently working at Mid-States Companies since January 2023. Previously, Mike served as Operations Manager and Reliability Engineering Lead at AgCertain Industries, Inc. from July 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, a role as Production Manager was held at Kemin Industries from January 2018 to July 2019. From June 2007 to January 2018, Mike worked at Flint Hills Resources, progressing through various positions including Reliability Center Manager, Fixed Equipment Engineering Lead, Reliability Center Coordinator, and Maintenance Engineer, overseeing multiple reliability engineering functions and managing significant projects. Mike holds an Executive MBA in Agriculture, Food and Biosystems from Iowa State University (2020-2022) as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University (2003-2007).
