Billie Miller

Billie Miller is a Recycling Programs Specialist at Mid-Valley Disposal, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, Billie served as an Environmental Outreach Coordinator at GreenWaste Recovery from 2017 to May 2021. Billie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay, completing the degree in 2017.
