Shiloh Erven has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Shiloh began their career at Qwest Communications International in 2001 as a Customer Assist Agent. In 2004, they joined Samaritan Health Services as a Patient Registrar. Shiloh then moved on to Bend Memorial Clinic in 2007, where they served as an Operational Coordinator and later as a Medical Staff Coordinator. In 2010, they returned to Samaritan Health Services and held various roles, including Clinic Manager, Clinical Operations Manager, and Administrative/Clinical Operations Manager. Shiloh was promoted to Director of Primary Care Clinics in 2013 and Director of Specialty Practices in 2015. Shiloh then transitioned to higher-level positions, becoming an Associate Vice President in 2017 and subsequently a Vice President in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Medical Group Administration. In addition to their healthcare experience, Shiloh also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Pacific University starting in 2014. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing quality healthcare services.
From 2003 to 2006, Shiloh Erven attended Oregon State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Science. In 2011, Shiloh Erven pursued further education at Pacific University, where they obtained a Master's in Healthcare Administration between 2011 and 2013. Shiloh Erven also obtained a Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt Certification from Purdue University - Purdue Healthcare Advisors in 2013.
