Tom Galante has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career at Liquid Layers Studio in 2005, where they worked as the Principal, handling graphic design, print, web, 3D, video, audio, and animation projects. Tom collaborated with clients to design and implement their brand across different media platforms. In 2011, they joined United Way of Dane County as a Loaned Executive, responsible for assisting Dane County businesses in developing and managing their United Way campaigns. Tom achieved a fundraising goal of approximately $600,000 for 42 companies.
Later in 2011, Tom joined Mid-West Digital Marketing as a Digital Messenger - Sales / Consulting, where they worked with clients to enhance their digital marketing channels and conversions. Tom focused on web design, user experience development (including mobile), and utilized metrics to drive results. Tom held various positions within the company, including Business Development Director and Digital Operations Manager.
In 2020, Tom transitioned to Mid-West Family Madison and served as the General Sales Manager. In this role, they managed the overall sales operations and strategies. Recently, in September 2021, they took on the position of Director of Innovation, where they are presumably responsible for driving and implementing innovative strategies within the company.
Tom Galante has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business and Design from UW Whitewater. Additionally, they obtained an Associates degree in Digital Media and Visual Motion Graphics from Madison Media Institute, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
