Rachel Wiygul is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in bartending and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Lead Bartender at MIDA since July 2021, Rachel also operates a self-owned business since January 2013. Previous roles include serving as a Server/Bartender at Brewers Coalition from July 2015 to February 2021, and as a Server/Shift Leader at Fornino from September 2011 to July 2015. Earlier in their career, Rachel held the position of General Manager at EZ'S BRICK OVEN GRILL, INC. from January 1996 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Communication Design from Pratt Institute (2010-2013) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Applied Sciences from San Antonio College (2008-2010).
