Sue Cheek

Sue Cheek has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at MidAmerican Energy since May 2001. In this role, Sue leads global initiatives in learning, organizational development, leadership development, and succession management, focusing on identifying learning needs and overseeing training programs. Previously, Sue held the position of Human Resources Director for A.T. Kearney in the U.K. from 1998 to 2000, and served as Head of Personnel for the South East Region at Grant Thornton in London from 1991 to 1998.
