Britta Rotte

Britta Rotte has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Britta started their career at Midas Pharma in 2008 as the Director of Corporate Quality Management, where they were responsible for quality assurance and control activities, as well as mentoring QM personnel and leadership tasks. In 2012, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of QM.

Before joining Midas Pharma, Britta worked at ratiopharm from 2005 to 2007 as the Head of Corporate Auditing / GMP surveillance. In this role, they handled supplier qualification, external audits, corporate internal audits, and project management.

Earlier in their career, Britta worked at Merckle GmbH from 1992 to 2004. Britta held various positions during their time there, including Head of Laboratory Own Developments / QU Manager, Project Manager, and QC / Analytical Development Chemist. In these roles, they were involved in analytical method development, product testing and release, surveillance of outsourced activities, and establishing equipment qualification and electronic raw data archiving concepts.

Britta Rotte completed their Master's degree in Chemistry from Name der Ausbildungsstätte in the years 1985 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Aufbau Gymnasium Ochsenhausen, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
