Phillip Brubaker

Phillip Brubaker is a Civil Engineer at MidAtlantic Engineering Partners, LLC since December 2020, with previous experience as a Design Engineer at Bohler Engineering from September 2012 to April 2020. Phillip earned a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University between 2013 and 2015 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2015.
