Patricia Clewley

Patricia Clewley is the current Vice President of Finance and Operations at Midaxo. Prior to this, they served as a Consulting CFO for VE Advisors, Inc. from November 2018 to February 2019. In this role, they prepared clients for Board meetings, year-end audits, and accounting rule changes including financial modeling, ASC606 revenue recognition rule adoptions and equity transaction accounting.

Previously, Clewley was the Chief Financial Officer at Longwatch, Inc. from March 2010 to December 2014. In this role, they managed internal and external accounting and financial reporting for the privately held venture backed software company. Patricia also prepared financial forecasts for executives, board meetings, shareholder communications and potential acquirers. In addition, Clewley completed a debt financing round and corporate acquisition and managed banking and line of credit relationships. Patricia provided finance support during the earn-out provision (post 2011 sale of company) as well.

From December 2014 to December 2018, Clewley served as the Chief Financial Officer at Associates for International Research, Inc.

Patricia Clewley has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Patricia is also certified as a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
