Randi Leventhal

Randi Leventhal is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and real estate transactions. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at MidCap Financial since April 2024, Randi previously held the role of General Counsel for Healthcare Lending at Forbright Bank from February 2022 to April 2024. Randi's career at MidCap Financial began in May 2016 as Associate General Counsel after a tenure as Partner at Stradley Ronon from January 2013 to April 2016. Additionally, Randi worked as an Associate at Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C., and Wolf Block, focusing on real estate and commercial lending. Randi holds a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, an MSW from Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
