Steven Bruch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Steven started their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2008 to 2010. Steven then worked as a Volunteer Consultant at TechnoServe for a few months in 2010. In the same year, they joined McKinsey & Company again as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked till 2011. In 2012, they interned as an Associate Brand Manager at LVMH. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at General Mills, starting as an Associate Marketing Manager and moving up to Marketing Manager. At General Mills, they led a $250MM business and achieved significant sales growth. In 2018, they joined Midcontinent as the Director of Corporate Development, defining their growth strategy and leading its implementation. Steven then progressed to the role of Senior Director and later became the VP of Corporate Development. At Midcontinent, they played a crucial role in M&A activities, market insights, and greenfield fiber expansion, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
