Chloe Noonan

Chloe Noonan (Edgar) is an experienced Social Media Manager currently employed at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since July 2022. In addition, Chloe has been with Midco Sports since May 2017, where responsibilities include preparing and creating engaging social media posts and operating video cameras for live events. Previous roles at Midcontinent involved strategic planning and execution of social media campaigns, with experience in both organic and paid content publication. Chloe began a career in customer service at Heartland State Bank, where media content creation was a key responsibility. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications and Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, awarded in 2018.
