Eliza Jacobs

Eliza Jacobs is a Project Manager and Water Resources Technician at Midcoast Conservancy since June 2024. Previously, Eliza held roles as a Research Assistant at Gulf of Maine Research Institute from June 2022 to March 2024 and at the Maine Center for Research in STEM Education from January 2020 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maine from September 2020 to May 2021, an Academic Coordinator for Cultural Homestay International from April 2018 to March 2020, and as an Education Technician with South Portland Public Schools from September 2018 to June 2019. Early career positions include Kindergarten Teacher at CHUNGDAHM Learning and English Teacher at Little America Academy, as well as roles as a Substitute Teacher in Portland Public Schools and MSAD 35. Eliza holds a Master of Science in Science Education from the University of Maine (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Biology from Hood College (2011-2015).
